Where I live at the moment I have a garage, but come may the family is moving and no more wonderful warm and cozy garage.

So my question is has anyone here set up one of those shed thing who can fit one scooter?
What do you recommend to buy (preferably something that ships to europe)
:D

Maybe storage shed is not the right word, as no one is replying. Could it be home made garage for a scooter?

I don't know but I guess this conversation is concluded :) I'll just google it

I use a standard 8' x 10' shed and have seldom seen anything smaller. Your idea sounds good and maybe, somewhere, something is available. In order to get on and off the bike and to put it onto its center-stand, it appears to me that at least 6' x 8' is necessary(comfortably)....
You might have to cobble together materials yourself in order to see your desire in this dimension.....

Good Luck in making one of these your own. Keeping her under cover is always a good idea, especially during the day and those pesky UV rays.....

are you talking the bike barn and there clones that sell on flebay for 250 bucks ? Yes I ve got a original bike barn that sell for 500 bucks that's seen 8 years or more of use. Keep it dry . YOU could make a cheap ass one but it's not as good due to tarps use in it . It can breath .http://www.tlzone.net/forums/open-forum ... eetoo.html Also not metal so the PCV plastic is going to brake in a wind storm. Any snow load and it's by by. If you buy one make certain that it a breathable type of fabric unlike tarps. The neatest DIY one of wood that fold up like a bike barn is here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bU8NIOIhF6g https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4FYk7LMVXNY and finely there facebook page. https://www.facebook.com/pages/Motorcyc ... 0967968710 anyone handy with basic wood working tools can make this in a day or 2 . Hardest part is getting the 1/3 moon circle shape right on the side . measurement. Cost about 150 bucks in plywood, screws , etc . to quote them

2.What is it made of?
Exterior grade plywood, stained with high quality deck stain. Plywood dressed in rubber for roof.

3.How does it work?
When folded, all 4 components telescopically fit into each other.
You ride the bike straight into it, secure it and by pulling one of the components the shelter unfolds.
With couple of bars, mounted on the front, the center of gravity is kept high for easier opening and closing.

another but not as good http://pixgood.com/motorcycle-shed.html 2) http://www.instructables.com/id/Motorcy ... IY-Garage/

If you make the wood one I would suggest buying rubber RV roof coating pant. The type they use to seal mental rv roofs from rain etc.
