I'm going to buy a lock for my front brake rotor.
They come in 6MM or 10MM pin size. I don't have
my bike so does anyone know the size of the 'drilled'
holes in it?
I think 6MM is about 1/4 in. and 10MM is 3/8in.

Re: Hole size in rotor
My motorcycle disc lock will not fit in the hole so it's pretty small. I'm going to the store soon so I'll go out and check.

Re: Hole size in rotor
Measured my 2011: About 7mm and never 10 mm, my triumph street triple 675 and my duke 690 are the same. I thought brake disk locks fitted any bike, at least mine

And also get the nylon cord wich should be fixed on the other side to the brake lever so you wont forget to take it of before you go

P.s. I put the brake disk lock always on the rear wheel beacause the rear is heavier to lift (so carrieing the bike is more difficult) and the front has the steering lock. In Luxemburg luckyly i can even leave the bikewithout a lock and with the ignition key on it and even after 24 hours no one would have had the idea to take it untill now.....
Mikey: for what bike di you use that lock
