Scooter suddenly turns off, won't restart

Hello All.... and probably my scooter and I'm hoping that maybe someone on the blog here can help.
A couple weeks ago, I was driving my sh150i down the street I came to a stop light and the scooter just cuts off and I haven't been able to restart it.
Battery has been recharged, all fuses are good
Replaced fuel pump, starter solenoid has audible "click" when starter switch is pressed and 30 amp fuse is good
Starter motor seems to be working but engine is not turning over.
I am also getting a spark from plug
Any suggestions or help would be welcomed

Long Shot but, Is your 150 scoot equipped with Idle Stop? (Switch on the RH Bar - Idle / Idle Stop)
You may have missed the obvious... wiring on the back of this switch?
especially if the bike is new / new to you and you may not have got or gone through the manual...
A bit like not realising you have knocked the kill switch on a conventional bike?

My initial 'feeling' after reading closely, leads me to suspect the battery first. You said 'recharged' and I doubt whether this included a 'Load Test".....
My experience with Absorbed Glass Mat (AGM) batteries has been that when they quit they quit; there is no gradual 'weakening' that can be recuperated by re-charging in most cases.......First thing to get out of the way is: How old is the AGM battery?

What we have is,,,,,,, failure to communicate.
How many miles on the bike? Where you located?
If the engine won't turn over, How do you know the starter is working? How do you know it's getting spark?
When you say not turning over, do you mean not starting? Can you move the piston with the variator nut? If not then the piston is seized(wont turn over).
Did you clean the fuel injector when you changed the fuel pump?

Good questions......It takes practice to be able to accurately communicate ones personal Reality to others in a meaningful way that furthers understanding and keeps wonder to a minimum.
I hope our friend gives it another shot.

I also have a 2019 .
Had an issue of the bike shutting down , wouldn’t start.
Then some time later bike would start again.
I changed batteries in the FOB and Bike.
Defect hasn’t reappeared. I suspect for some reason the bike is voltage sensitive.
Does the bike start with a jumper kit or cables from another battery >

It turned out to be the fuel pump. The strange thing was when I turned the key, you.would hear it purring inside. When I disconnected it at the fuel injector, there was no fuel reaching the injector. Sorry my communication wasn't better. I also meant to say fuel pump is working not replaced. Other good news....I recently bought in eBay in England the turn indicators that.go in the front.
