How to disconnect the oxygen sensor?

Hello Fellow SH150i owners!
I recently wrestled with the oxygen sensor connection on my SH150i.
It is sooo difficult to disconnect it.
Does anyone have any tips / tricks / hacks on how to separate / disconnect the electrical connection? A YouTube video would be great (haven't been able to find one).
