Honda sh300i 2012 front lamp bulb change problem

Hello,

Please advise how to remove front handlebar cover on sh300i 2012 (it is different than 2007-2010 model) to change the bulb.
Additionally need this info instal wind shield.

What is fanny I can't find user/owner manual of this year model to learn ho to do it.

To be clear I have owner manual for sh300i model year 2007-2010 but it doesn't work due to different construction of mentioned handlebar cover.
