Throttle grip slipped off.

Post by Elvis » Sun Feb 05, 2017 3:29 am

Hi Fellow SHcooter enthusiasts!

My love affair with my 2010 SH150i continues. She's not perfect, but she's a lot of fun.

Anyway, my throttle grip started slowly creeping off the handle bar. It eventually came completely off.

I've Googled to find several different suggestions on how to glue it back; spray paint, superglue, contact cement, grip glue, etc.

Has anyone had this happen to them, and what glue worked best?

Thanks!

A new one is listed as $4.45 at Service Honda 53140-KTG-305. Another great thing about this scooter is the parts are so inexpensive compared to a motorcycle.
