Good question.....You might have to offer a prize.....
Can one figure this out without having his bike apart?
Gonna be bugging me all day as I also try to discern how many Angels can dance on a pin-head.....
BTW: why?.....as I recall disassembling it out of curiosity long ago; without the need for anything 'special'.....

I remember now....
I had a deep-well impact metric set laying around from when I replaced the DOHC timing chain and gears on the hardly-ever-used darn car (thank God for U-tube!).....
Is it worth the postage to 'borrow' it?

Hi Folks.... Got the clutch off and disassembled , boy what a mess . It looks like I should have replaced the unit 10,000 miles back. Parts were frozen due to rust , bearings shot , and just a complete debacle . Nothing to putting a complete new clutch in and I do mean all new . Also replaced complete variator and belt . From now on will break down clutch and service every ten thousand miles . Replaced first bearings at 25,000 miles .

Took the SH out today for a test run . The Malossi clutch and bell work great . Very smooth . We will see after 10 or 15 thousand miles how it holds up . :P

Don't think the clutch has bearings. The bearings I saw were in the driven pulley assembly. The seals in my driven pulley assembly are leaking. I have to pull the bell often to wipe the grease out before it gets to the pads. but every time I take it apart, I put some grease on the bearings. It's a vicious cycle. Guess I should replace the grease seals
