20,000 Miles
Just turned over 20,000 miles. Not many of them mine. I bought the bike last summer with just over 18,800 miles from an 88 year old gentleman. He bought the bike new in 2011. Over 3,000 miles a year for six years is good for anyone much less someone in their 80s. While there are a couple of small scuffs on the bike it is in great shape. I've added a box to the back, a Givi windshield, done an oil change and replaced the tires.

Re: 20,000 Miles
I put 8,000 miles on mine the first year. 11,000 the 2nd year. Then I bought a BV. Then I bought another BV. The BV's average 55MPG the SH averages 80. With climbing gas prices, I should put another 20,000 in the next 3 years. Currently at 24,500. I'm riding the SH M-T and a BV Friday and weekends.

Your lucky to live in Florida. We just had 21.2" of snow 3 weeks ago.
