Wishful Thinking - a new SH150i

Post by Elvis » Sun Sep 30, 2018 6:27 pm

I stumbled upon this YouTube video:

They still sell them in Europe.

Is it possible to buy one there and ship it to the US?

Good to see that Honda hasn't entirely given up on the best and simplest design to date. Love the 16" wheels and full step-through......
Maybe if Italy can get itself out from under the thumb of the damnable EU, it could become fair-trade partner with the US and we'd see a flood of these into the US, though I'd still prefer to get the bike directly from Japan in light of their cultural work-ethic......

Looks like they kept faithful to the old design with upgrades of a rear disc brake, side stand with the center stand, LED lighting, 12 volt outlet and keyless ignition. Plus if you look at the center of the brake disc you can see the ABS system. now why they would build a 125 and a 150 since the displacement is so close I have no clue.

Europe has a complicated and expensive license system. The 125 is easier and less expensive for license, registration and insurance.
