i bought today the racing springs that much on the sh [ red yellow white ] _2912536_ I have put the yellow ones and when i start from the beginning the scooter started in a way to scream with verry little acceleration. If i had put the green ones that there are up to 4000 RPM i can't imagine how much more would be...
Tomorrow i'll try the white ones to see, if the scooter would not scream like crazy i'll kepp them...
Maybe is because of the exhaust.

Thats remarkable...
I have the red ones but in a malossi delta clutch and at the most heavy setting and my engine is absolutely not screaming, yes it makes a bit more rpm compared to standard but it is not all that shocking.
Another user is Bermuda and he also has a delta clutch with the red springs in it, no problem.

You did not by accident smeared grease/dirt on the clutch friction material?
Are you sure you mounted the springs correctly?, are the guide rubbers back in the correct position?

Tip for the next time; after you take of the bell put some paper masking tape on the friction pads so they will stay clean.

It is definitely the exhaust, now that is night and more cold makes less noise.the more high RPM plus the sunny weather & PLUS the Dbkiller make the scooter sound louder.

I went on a mechanic and did the job...

I'll try the white ones tomorrow and i'll give you the results.

So i have put the white springs today.
The sh is going better than ever and that's because (1) when i want [open full throttle at the beginning ] goes like an airplane in take of and (2) when i want just to ride slowly i can...
with the yellows i had to obligatorily go full throttle and fast at the beginning or else would scream in the first 0-35 km/h.

anyhow, now i'm satisfied 8-)

Well done, congratulations.

You may start to notice a pattern: almost no tuned part will give right out of the box 100%, rollers, clutch, gears you may have to play with them to get it just spot on and you will have to go 1 step to far to KNOW that the previous step was correct.
