The Givi E227 plate will get the Monolock cases mounted for you.

Re: My SH150i -and- my Burgman 400
Well, given the roads I typically ride on (55mph), the Honda wasn't quite giving me the breathing room I felt I needed to safely travel in high speed traffic. The seat height was also too tall for me, causing some other issues, when I was stuck in stop and go traffic.
Anyhoo... I found a guy who had purchased a 2009 Burgman 400, but felt overwhelmed by its size, and wanted to downsize to something he was more comfortable on. A title swap and trip to DMV later, and I now own two Burgman 400's, and he owns the Honda SH150i.
Why do I need two Burgmans? Well, my brother sometimes rides with me, and it also gives me a backup, should the first need to be out of commission for service and/or repair.
I wish you all the best with your Hondas, and hope the sales pick up. It's a nice little scoot ... just not the one for me.

Sounds like you got a good deal. Do you find the ride on the Burgman as good as the Honda? Just curious. Good luck with the new ride.

Yeah... what Pappy said! They're just totally different rides, for different reasons.
Early this season, I hit a vulture at about 20mph with the Burgman (couldn't quite get stopped), and other than having the front end covered in vulture meat, it didn't faze the bike, at all. I can't imagine what would have happened, had I been riding the SH150i at the time.

Wow, I'm surprised at both responses. I rode the 400 Yamaha and I didn't think it rode near as smooth as my Honda does. I never expected the Burgman would have that much better a ride then our Honda 150's.

I love the Burgmans & Majesty's as well but too big for me. I don't do much interstate driving so the SH is perfect for me. I think a 250cc would be as large as I would be comfortable with. I've tried out the SYM RV250 and that is a nice bike, just not much dealer support. I wish they would bring the Burgman 250 over here to the US, that is slick looking and more my size. Loving the SH though!!

Pappy had said the redesigned Burgman was a much better scooter. What year determines the updated "better" style? When the wife out grows her Metro I may look into one of those.

I'm over at BurgmanUSA as well, under the same screen name.
