Hi All, I am after a genuine Honda service manual for a 2008 model. All I can find on eBay are the service manuals for the 2010 model.
Difficult to find one here in OZ so might have to settle for a Haynes.
Regards, Frank.

Encourage you to hold off on the Haynes until you have exhausted every other imaginative effort;
merely based upon experience of the 'past' and noticed blatant inaccuracies in automotive.
Intent and Desire on your part will open unexpected avenues with a Good Conscience (there are
certain things in Life that just Work).
Don't jump the Gun until you feel you really have to and the Haynes will/might DO just fine!

Hi Tommy,
Don't quite understand all of your reply but do you mean the Haynes manuals are not worth having and I should probably get one as a last resort if I cannot find a genuine Honda one?
Thanks, Frank.

Yes, that was my humble opinion.
Maybe Haynes improved since olden times.....
You can't go wrong with the Factory Service Manual.

Thanks Tommy.
I see there are quite a few service manuals for the 2010 model but I have the 2008 model. Would that suit?
Are the models similar or very different? Not sure. I have asked some people at Honda Australia and they couldn't confirm yes or no.
Thanks, Frank.

Jeez, I am so unqualified to give a certain answer to this.
I know a little about the 2010SH only because through constant use, it has become a second appendage.
I believe robber57 had a 2008 (if memory serves me right) and would know THE answer.
Maybe he will notice this post or you could be so bold as to PM him with the simple question you ask above.
He likes getting PM's from future admirers.
Either way, if you learn anything be sure to share here, so I can feel a little less dumb today.
