Sorry for the misunderstanding and for my attempt at sarcasm....
I was referring to the practically 'free' shipping rates that are afforded to on-line business's from China and Amazon that 'our' postal service mysteriously provides and which 'we' subsidize. It would not surprise me to see postal workers running around in Amazon uniforms (even on Sundays!).....

I received a small box weighing ~a pound from my daughter in CA. yesterday, with postage of ~$14.00 and at the same time notice my dear lil' mail-lady lugging around 50lb. bags of dog food that business's can offer with 'FREE Shipping'.....WTF
