I will miss the forum and help.
Traded the Sh150 with nearly 15000 miles for a 2018 Honda NC750X DCT.
The dealer gave $1300 for the trade.
I needed something with longer legs for weekend rides.
The frunk combined with the honda top case provides scooter like storage and the second tank of gas was 69 mpg.
The DCT is great so far and I now have a chain to deal with.
Such a relaxed low rpm and high torgue comfortable bike.
It is surprising given the low volume of anything 2 wheels that this bike is available here.
Thanks for everyone's input over the years.

Fare-well friend. Your participation and input here over the years has always been appreciated. It is good, in way, that you are moving on and doing what is best for you and I hope you still 'pop-in' again in the future and share your experience by comparison.

I'm also on the Suzuki Burgman forum and some have gone the way of Honda NC750X DCT. Many older riders that had driven motorcycles for years wanted to get away from a clutch type transmission and heavier weight motorcycles and converted to scooters. Now that Honda has come out with the DCT transmission riders have more choices. I'm sure the next phase for scooters will be the fully electric scooter.

The NC has a lot of takers here on forums such as the scooter forum Maxi Muppets...
Those moving Up, Down and Around from such things as the PCX or T Max, Silverwings and Burgers...
I like the DCT idea, especially for a larger capacity say 400cc+ that may make better use of gears,
But for me, 'I aint goin back on the chain gang...' Should of been belt drive...
The simplicity of CVT and a light weight 125 keeps me smiling...
My XMax 400 is faster, but bigger and heavier... but more of a considered 'ride', not a 'nip' or 'commute'...
Which is why I got the SH to replace commuting on the fat arsed XMax...
Maybe in time, i'll out them both and sit in the middle with the SH300...

The reason I'll never own an NC is comfort. The no.1 mod for the NC is the seat. I sat on one and knew right away I didn't want one. There are a few Modern Vespa members that sold theirs because of that. I'm holding out for the X-ADV. The chain doesn't bother me, I like DIY.

Yep, I'm still waiting to adjust to the seat. it is narrow to allow the feet to be flat on the ground. I have learned to not immediately change something. The X-adv looks interesting, foot forward for cruising and foot under for anything technical. But no frunk. As far as the chain, I've decided to not obsess over it and am pleasantly surprised that a it doesn't need it. Just some WD-40, dry, then some light gear oil to prevent rust.
